Named after the Chinese luxury spirit WuLiangYi. Food is priced reasonably at its quality level (around HKD 800 per person). Must try: fried taro duck, brine foie gras (Chiu Chow style), raw crab. Attentive staff. Will revisit with family.

It has the name of Wu Liang lie, a famous Chinese liquor. But it is a restaurant that serve all range of beverage. Its theme is theow cheow fusion canton dish. Friendly staff and average environment. Booking is recommended as the restaurant is segregated into rooms.

Very very goood food. Dimsum is pricey like $30 each dumpling but the craftsmanship and ingredients are awesome. 皮薄喊靚 greatest illustrations. But i cannot put up with the smell of cigarettes and cigar because it’s private room every where. Guess it’s one of the biggest setbacks. But in terms of food, so nicely done.

Had a really enjoyable dim sum lunch here. The variety was great and everything felt freshly made. The siu mai and rice rolls were solid, and the steamed dishes had good flavor without being too heavy. The fried items were nicely done too—crispy but not oily. Service was attentive and the overall vibe was comfortable, making it a good spot for a relaxed meal with friends. Portions were decent and pricing felt reasonable for the quality. Would definitely come back to try more dishes next time

Very authentic Chiu Chow dishes. I like the seared overnight dried fish!
